IN THE CENTRE OF THE VILLAGE

The Drax Arms

The Drax Arms is a traditional Dorset pub situated in the heart of the village of Bere Regis, on the outskirt of the Purbecks.

Preserved in its roots, the Grade II listed Drax Arms offers a tranquil and historical experience authentic to that of the Great British Pub. Sarah & Barry and the whole team invite you to try our locally sourced, home cooked menu, whether it be a hearty breakfast, pub lunch or dinner or even a “take away to your tent”!

Well behaved dogs are welcome!

SERVED IN A RELAXED TRADITIONAL VILLAGE PUB

Great British Classics

The Drax Arms serves a selection of great British classics and bistro style dishes. We offer a great range of dishes on our menu and our chefs created delicious dishes sometimes with a modern twist on the specials board. Wherever possible, all of our dishes are created with ingredients sourced in Dorset to capture all the local flavour.

Our Carvery  is popular with locals and visitors to the area, its a great value carvery at just £9.99 for main course, or £13.99 with a dessert as well. We don't cut corners with quality, we just want to make it affordable for all.

From April to September our Dorset Cream Tea at The Drax Arms is just £3.99, with home-made scones and clotted cream and jam.

WHERE BETTER TO BE THAN..
In the Heart of Dorset

There is no better drink than a perfectly conditioned pint of Badger Ale to complement the meal. The award winning range of Badger Ales are exclusively supplied to us by family brewers Hall and Woodhouse, who are based just up the road in the market town of Blandford Forum.

We also have a great selection of handpicked wines, spirits and soft drinks available.
